We do not sell, trade, or transfer any information provided to us on our website for class bookings. We keep all information private and do not violate privacy laws.
We have a no refund policy. You must call 24 hours before class to reschedule. A reschedule is based upon the instructors availability. Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels the class and the student is not available for the rescheduled date/time of the class. Payment is required at the time of class registration. In the case of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled. Rescheduling will be allowed for two attempts then fees will be forfeited and a new reservation and fee will be required.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for class you will have to reschedule! There is a $25 rescheduling fee that must be paid in order to schedule another class at a later date. No call no shows will result in NO REFUNDS or registering for future classes.
